Before we begin the brand journey, we align on your product. In this meeting, we’ll walk through the product you’re building — the website, platform, course, app, or digital experience — and clarify what we’re designing and why. We’ll define the functionality, modules, user pathways, and required screens so our team can assemble a clean, strategic design brief.
After this meeting, our team will build that brief. This becomes the blueprint for everything that follows.

This is where the full engagement begins. We’ll walk through your brand assessment, your goals, and the creative direction(s) that make the most sense for your business. We’ll also align how the product design brief fits into the brand we’re about to create — so identity and product move forward as one ecosystem.
By the end of Kickoff, we’ll have a clear, shared direction for your brand and the product experience that supports it.
From here, our team goes to work exploring early-stage brand concepts and product foundations.

This is the first major reveal of your brand and product. Since Kickoff, we’ve developed multiple early-stage directions — colors, styles, themes, logo concepts, UX moods, layout ideas, and product flows.
In this meeting, we’ll present both brand and product explorations side-by-side for the first time. Your role is simple: react, respond, and tell us what feels right.
This session is all about alignment — making sure both tracks (identity + product) are heading in the right direction before we refine further.

Building on your feedback from Checkpoint 1, we’ll show more polished and intentional versions of your brand and product. At this stage, you’ll see tighter logos, a clearer visual system, refined styles and identity themes, cleaner wireframes, stronger layouts, and more structured user flows.
This is where you begin to see how your brand and product work together as one cohesive ecosystem.
Together, we’ll tighten anything needed before moving into deeper alignment.

This is the last alignment stage before we prepare for staging. Your brand identity is now nearly complete — cohesive, refined, and ready for deployment.
Your product design is also close to final — readable, structured, and aligned with your brand.
We’ll review both together to ensure everything matches the same vision and story. Any last refinements happen here before staging and buildout.

Depending on the complexity of your product roadmap, we may add additional alignment checkpoints. These allow us to present new modules, new flows, additional pages, or extended features that emerge during development — keeping both teams locked in and moving strategically as the ecosystem expands.

Before launch, we move into staging. This is our quality checkpoint — where we test the full brand ecosystem and product experience.
Depending on your platform, this includes staging links, demos or test logins, mobile and desktop flows, link checks, content checks, UX checks, and performance checks.
This “shock test” ensures everything works the way it should before going live — giving you confidence and preventing post-launch surprises.

Your brand and product are now fully built and ready to use. In this meeting, we’ll walk through your completed brand identity, your final product design, how everything fits together, and the technical details behind what we created — so you have autonomy once we hand it off.
You leave this meeting with a complete, AI-ready brand and a fully designed product prepared for real-world deployment.
