Father, US Marine, and Titan of industry – Macario Gallegos has tackled it all. It was through the work of Emotional Intelligence (or “EQ”) training that he was able to become the best version of himself.

Modular Brand Kit
Similar to a loadout in your favorite FPS (video game), we wanted Macario to have a dynamic brand that could be configured to the application/channel needed.
The final version of this now lives as a brand kit within Canva Pro.

When working with subject matter experts (“SME”s), the brand becomes a hybrid of the curriculum, and the delivery of the instructor – Pivotal Shifts was no exception.
Through Macario’s brash, boot-camp style delivery, men are learning the importance of empathy – and how to tune into others’ emotions.

Lastly, as a central hub for the Pivotal Shifts platform, we created the website and digital storefront. Simply designed, and intelligently connected – we deployed everything through Squarespace.
